"We are Edinburgh Beer Factory – an independent, family-owned brewery launched in 2015. We’re inspired by the creativity and rich brewing heritage of our home town. Our brewing team are a young, talented bunch from the World-renowned brewing course at Heriot-Watt University. Our muse is the Edinburgh-born ‘Father of Pop Art’, Eduardo Paolozzi. Paolozzi believed in the “sublime in the everyday’, transforming mass-produced objects into works of art."
